Bush invokes UN Charter

Bush Junior at today’s UN meeting invoking, I kid you not, the UN Charter:

The United Nations charter sets forth the equal rights of nations large and small. Russia’s invasion of Georgia was a violation of those words.

Bwahhh… haha! He’s not seriously suggesting that UN bollocks about justice means anything these days is he?

Never a better time to boycott U.S. goods

U.S. second-quarter growth came in a little higher than expected today, on the back of exports which grew at a 13.2% annual rate, thanks to a weakened dollar. Result: fears of recession this year quelled.

Seems to me there’s never been a better time to boycott U.S. goods.

Bush regime drops preconditions to talks with Iran

It appears as if someone sensible finally has Bush’s ear.
